Instructions

  1. If using dried beans, soak them overnight and boil for 10 minutes.

  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  3. Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Toss with oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  4. Place a portion of chicken or beans and veggies in a foil. Fold into a packet and seal tightly.

  5. Place packets on a baking sheet and bake for 30–40 minutes until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked.

  6. Open Carefully and Enjoy!!
