Seasonal Ground Lamb Goulash

  • Ground Lamb

  • Pasta

  • Seasonal Vegetables (Onion, Bell Peppers, Greens)

  • Diced Tomatoes

  • Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

Serving Sizes

  • 4oz Ground Lamb

    1/3 cup pasta

    ¾ cup diced tomatoes + tomato sauce

    1 cup diced seasonal veggies

    ½ tsp Italian herbs

    ½ tsp paprika

  • 8oz Ground Lamb

    2/3 cup pasta

    1 ½ cup diced tomatoes + tomato sauce

    2 cups diced seasonal veggies

    1 tsp Italian herbs

    1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta and set aside.

  2. In a large pan, cook ground lamb with oil, salt, pepper, and spice blend.

  3. Add diced veggies, cook until soft.

  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and greens; cook until greens wilt.

  5. Mix in pasta and heat through.

  6. Serve and enjoy!!
